Amber, the natural pain relief for babies

Soothing, stylish, and safe

Many parents choose a Baltic amber bracelet as a natural support for their baby’s first discomforts. These bracelets are known to soothe pain from colic and teething. This is due to succinic acid, which is released by body heat and provides relief. Furthermore, the amber feels soft and comfortable against the skin while serving as a beautiful accessory.

What exactly is amber?

Amber, also known as Baltic amber, is fossilized resin from Scandinavian pine trees that are about 44 million years old. It is therefore not a stone, as is often thought, but a fossilized resin that, in addition to pain relief, also converts negative energy into positive energy, contributing to a serene and balanced environment for your little one.

Safety first

At Babyzus, safety is our top priority. The handmade bracelets and necklaces come from Lithuania and are designed with safety clasps that break under excessive pressure. Each amber bead is individually knotted so that no beads come loose in the event of breakage. For young babies, the bracelet can first be worn as an anklet, with a sock over it for extra protection.

Important to remember

The bracelets and necklaces are perfect for daily use, but please note that babies under the age of three should always wear amber jewelry under supervision to avoid any risks.

Which variations are available?

We have amber jewelry for the littlest ones, from birth. For this, you can choose the newborn amber bracelet. This size is 12cm and is sometimes even too big. In that case, you can have it worn around the ankle first with a sock over it.

As your baby grows, you can switch to a larger 14cm size bracelet and/or an amber necklace. They have the same effect; it depends on your child which one is best accepted (preventing them from pulling at it). The 14cm bracelet can be worn from 1 year up to the age of approximately 6 years, depending on their build, of course.
