What must a safe pacifier clip meet?

When choosing a pacifier clip, it is important to pay attention to several points:
- A pacifier clip may be a maximum of 22 cm long (without clip)
- Parts must be securely attached

- The pacifier clip must not have sharp edges or loose parts

Our personalized products are handmade and packed with love in our studio. We consider sustainability very important, which is why we send most of our packages via letterbox delivery. The mail carrier delivers your package, so there is no need to stay at home!

For orders up to €40, you pay a small shipping fee of €4.95. For orders of €40 or more, your package is shipped free of charge (NL). For Belgium & Germany, this is €6.50 up to €60, and free above that. 

Your order is always processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Except during holiday periods and public holidays; if the period is longer, this will be stated on the homepage.

Ordering & personalizing

How quickly can I receive my order?

We ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Because many of our products are lovingly personalized especially for you, we take the time to create everything with care. Fortunately, you never have to wait long for your order or maternity gift.

Can I still change my order afterwards?

Have you discovered a mistake or would you like to change something? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@babyzus.nl. If your order has not yet entered production, we are happy to see what is possible.

What if I provided the wrong name?

That can happen, of course. Contact us immediately as soon as you discover this. If your order has not yet been made, we can often still change the name. Unfortunately, once a personalized product has been produced, we can no longer change it.

Which names can be placed on the products?

Almost any name is possible. Do you have a double name, an extra-long name, or are you unsure if it will fit on a product? Feel free to send us a message. We are happy to think along with you.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes, you can! During checkout, you can select gift wrapping and leave a personal message.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation via email immediately after placing your order. Haven't received it? Please check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping & delivery

How is my package delivered?

By default, our packages are sent via letterbox mail through PostNL. This means you usually don't have to stay home for the delivery. Orders over €75 are automatically sent as standard parcels.

Will I receive a track & trace code?

If you choose shipping with track & trace during checkout, you will receive it as soon as your order has been processed by PostNL.

My track & trace indicates that my package has been delivered, but I haven't received anything yet.

We use letterbox parcels. It often happens that these are registered as delivered during the sorting process while they are still in transit. Sometimes there can be a few business days between these steps. Therefore, please wait a little longer. If you still have not received your order after 5 business days, please feel free to contact us.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

We find that incredibly annoying, of course. Take photos of the packaging and the contents immediately and send them to us. Together, we will look for a suitable solution.

Do you also deliver in Belgium & the rest of Europe?

Yes, we also ship to Belgium & the rest of Europe. The processing time is the same, although shipping may take slightly longer than within the Netherlands.

Returns & complaints

Can I return my order?

All non-personalized products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Always register your return first via info@babyzus.nl.

Can I return a personalized product?

Because personalized products are made especially for you, they unfortunately cannot be returned. If we have made a mistake, please contact us, of course.

My product is damaged or incomplete. Now what?

We are happy to solve that for you. Contact us and include photos if possible. We will respond as soon as possible and work together to find a suitable solution.

Is a dummy clip with a name safe?

Yes, safety is our top priority. Our dummy clips with names are carefully assembled and intended to keep the dummy within reach. Always check products regularly for signs of wear and use them only under adult supervision. Our dummy clips comply with the latest standard NEN12586:2025.

How do I clean a dummy clip?

You can gently wipe a dummy clip with a slightly damp cloth or hand-wash it under the tap. Do not submerge the product completely in water and do not use aggressive cleaning agents. Ensure the clip does not get wet, or if it does, dry it quickly.

What materials are the products made from?

We select our materials with great care. In doing so, we pay attention not only to appearance but also to quality and ease of use. You will find the specific material information per product on the product page.

Can colors differ from the photos?

We do our utmost to display colors as naturally as possible. Due to differences in screen settings, a color may sometimes differ slightly in reality.

No, we never include invoices or price information in our packages. You will receive these at the email address you provided. This allows you to have your order delivered as a gift without any worries.

We pay a lot of attention to our packaging so that unpacking is already a little celebration. You will find any gift options during the ordering process.
